Uncle Fluffy Known for Japanese Cheesecake to Open at Triangle Square

Costa Mesa, CA, July 25, 2025 – Uncle Fluffy, the popular Japanese cheesecake and dessert café, will open at Triangle Square in late 2025. This is the second Orange County location for the family-owned shop that serves the viral airy and jiggly Japanese-style cheesecake.

In addition to its iconic cheesecake available in a variety of specialty and seasonal flavors,Uncle Fluffy will offer an array of tarts including cheese, chocolate, matcha, mango, pistachio and more. Other sweet treats will include macarons and mochi. Hot and iced espresso, matcha, and blended coffee drinks are also on the menu, as well as fresh fruit smoothies and other non-coffee blended drinks.

Uncle Fluffy will be located on the street level of Triangle Square facing Newport Blvd. between 19th Street and Broadway.
