Triangle Square Welcomes Uncle Fluffy and Its Famous Japanese Cheesecake

Costa Mesa, CA, May 13, 2026 – Uncle Fluffy, the popular Japanese cheesecake and dessert café, will open at Triangle Square on Saturday, May 23 at 11am. This is the second Orange County location for the family-owned shop that serves the viral airy and jiggly Japanese-style cheesecake.

As part of the grand opening festivities from 11am to 6pm, Uncle Fluffy will offer samples of its signature fluffy cheesecake, tarts, and refreshing drinks like lemonade and blended coffees.

Uncle Fluffy’s iconic cheesecake will be available in a variety of specialty and seasonal flavors, including mocha, pistachio, and lemon, as well as the original. The original cheesecake comes in three sizes and starts at $10.99, with specialty flavors only available in the smallest size.

The dessert shop will also offer an array of tarts including cheese, chocolate, matcha, mango, pistachio and more. Other sweet treats will include macarons and mochi. All desserts are baked fresh on the premises.

Hot and iced espresso, matcha, and blended coffee drinks are also on the menu, as well as fresh fruit smoothies and other non-coffee blended drinks.

“We’re excited to finally open our Triangle Square dessert shop and be in a city known for great foodie options,” said Rafik Hanna, owner of the California franchises. “We’re in great company in the city of Costa Mesa and know our viral desserts and drinks will be embraced by the community.”
